Order Processing & Dispatch

Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM. Orders placed before the cut-off time are processed the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day. Processing typically takes 1–3 working days.

After processing, your order will be dispatched, and delivery generally takes 6–10 working days.

Placing an Order

Shopping with Clifford & Voss is simple and straightforward:

  1. Visit the product page and select your desired item.

  2. Click on "Add to Cart" to add the product.

  3. Verify that you have selected the correct size, colour, and variant.

  4. Click "Check out" to enter your shipping details.

  5. Ensure your address details are accurate before clicking "Pay Now".

  6. Confirm your details and proceed to payment. All payment options are SSL-encrypted for secure transactions.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or minimum order requirements.

Order Shipment & Delivery

We ensure that all orders are processed and shipped as efficiently as possible. To keep our prices fair and competitive, we consolidate shipments and dispatch them once we reach our minimum shipping volume.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Once an order has been shipped, we provide tracking information to allow customers to follow the delivery progress. If the carrier confirms that a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled and completed. From that moment, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Verify the shipping address provided in your order confirmation.

  • Check with neighbors, household members, or building management in case the package was received on your behalf.

  • Contact the carrier directly to request more detailed delivery information.

While we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we understand this situation can be frustrating. We will gladly support you by providing the necessary tracking details and assisting in opening an investigation with the carrier.
